vWallpaper video not looping

vWallpaper video not looping

I have used a youtube video for a vWallpaper video which was converted with aimersoft's converter to mp4, ssh'd into correct folder on iphone, permissions are correct but the video does not 'loop', it just plays through once and thats it.

The video is 67secs long, does that make any difference?
Do i need to use a different converter?

Any ideas folks?
