Photoshop experts, i need a quick favor..

I really suck at photoshop, so im asking the photoshop experts to help me out..

If possible, can someone possibly somehow take everything (icons,battery,carrier,etc..) and just leave the BG and transparent top/bottom bars from this wallpaper? http://i538.photobucket.com/albums/f...emepics001.png .

Also, if you can also take those transparent top/bottom bars and slap them onto this wallpaper also? Neon Urban Camouflage on Flickr - Photo Sharing! If you can make 2 copies of the blue wallpaper with just the top transparent bar and another copy with both top and bottom transparent bars, i would GREATLY appreciate it. THanks in advance :]

The first favor is probably impossible, but the second favor with the blue bg isnt.

there is no link for the theme. The link posted was just someones screen shot. The theme isnt out for download or anything yet. Thats if the creator decides to release it..
