You'll probably have to go to where you got the theme from and email the author to see if it was the original springboard background to the theme. If it was then he might be able to send it to you.

It's some sort of a shadow box done in 3D and probably not anywhere on the internet (custom job).

BTW, sick looking theme...love the icons. What's the name of it and did you get it from Cydia or Installer? I haven't seen it before.

I found it in the post your iphone screenshot thread.. like in page 23 I think.
