I have tried to change my wallpaper but it wont change, does anybody know how I can change it?, what is causing this?

Have you got 'User Wallpaper' selected in Winterboard? If not, select it and your walls should show up on your springboard.

Could also be that you are trying to set a .png image instead of a .jpg image: iPhone Wallpapers are .png but custom added walls should be .jpg.
