Lol different people have different tastes. I'd resize this picture for you but it's already been done like 5 times above me.

Or, if you just want the background picture, you can just copy it to your phone via itunes then select it in your photo app on your phone and select 'set as background' from the popup menu.
Since the wallpaper, or a summerboardtheme containing it is probably not available through installer, you have to make your own.
to do so name your background picture Wallpaper.png (and make shure it's really png format) and copy it into a folder which you may name as you like. copy this folder to your phone via ssh into the summerboard theme folder.
You can also download any sb theme via installer and then replace its Wallpaper.png with your own. I think the sb wallpaper only works for your springboard and not for the 'loginscreen'. The first method applies to both when sb wallpaper is disabled.
