its already mpeg4 just rename it from *.mov to *.mp4 and that should be all you need to do to get a Mp4 version.

I think all you need to do is rename the file to wallpaper.mp4 and SSH it into "var/stash/themes..." then make a folder and copy the renamed wallpaper.mp4 into the new folder and it should work in winterboard.
I just made a folder named Webskull.video in "var/stash/themes..." then SSH the video clip renamed wallpaper.mp4 into that folder and when I went into winterboard it was in there and it worked as my v wallpaper via winterboard

actually what I did was, I took your file and converted to mp4 my self xD It came out like 3 mb less and same quality :P And it worked.

Hey, I got 1 more question. Do you know how to make the video ongoing? So like it doesnt like stop every 8 sec? Or like even make it going for like 40 sec or so instead of the 8-11 sec right now.

I don't know why you would want it to be longer but if you want I will make it longer.

you see the only reason i want it longer, cuz when I am looking at my springboard looking at my apps the video keeps cutting off after like 8-9 sec and restarting and just makes it look weird, you know what I mean? So if it was like 40sec + it would seem its ongoing and not like just 8-9 sec long.

Only problem is that, when you play music it just freezes and when u just shut the screen off and come back to it its still frozen so you have to totally respring or reboot which is annoying xD
