i want the intro from lord of war (the bullet) as a video ringtone, but when i load it via mxtube the video is horizontal and i need it vertical somebody know how i can change it or do it for me?

ok, i REALLY need some help, almost everyone on this theard is getting a vwallpaper for there iphone/touch... im not wanting one,but i was wondering how to get the actual video onto my touch. i already have vwallpaper, cydia and winterboard, and i can SSH. i have a vid already. its in a MPEG-4 video file. when i try and ssh i do this (from the beginning folder) applications>vWallpaper.app>private>var>mobile>med ia>skrew>videos... then i copy my MPEG-4 video file. and it doesnt show up on vWallpaper, and after skrew when i get 2 videos there are 2 quicktime vwallpaper fire.mov and weather.mov


SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO what am i doing wrong

p.s.i think "night at roxbury" would be a cool vWallpaper

if you have jailbreaken your touch and updated the firmware and jailbreak it again...without restoring it completely back to default...it will create double folders.....check make sure you have one main folder of the apps....that's the only think could be.

I am sure I am probably missing something but I am trying to get the "pebble" wallpaper that comes installed on the phone. But I need the actual picture because I want to alter it, and then make it my wallpaper. If I just add it through the settings I can not alter it or mail it. If I take a screenshot, it has the slide to open on it. Basically I want that picture with nothing over it.

Hello everyone. Im pretty sad that the vWallpaper doesnt work for the 3.0. and I really wanted it. I guess I'll have to wait for a update (if any ;[ )

Ok I was going to request this. These are 2 files from vwallpaper its self.
You guys remember the vWallpaper and the Videos from the app vWallpaper itsself?

I have the rendered "webskull" wallpaper and the electricblue.mp4 video.
(I have all the vWallpaper backrounds from the app saved, if you want any, PM me)

And This is was my request, since from the app vWallpaper, you could have the video and the wallpaper on at the same time am I correct?
I wanted those 2 webskull wallpaper and electricblue video combined into 1 file so I could manually put that into winterboard.

COULD ANY 1 DO THAT? ?? I really wanted this if I couldnt have vwallpaper. Plz if any 1 can do this PM me.

Ok i was wondering if someone could help me out with these two specific requests...

#2 vwallpaper of Band of Brothers in the Battle of Foy (episode 7 the breaking point) when one of the soldiers is running and an artillery shell almost kills him but he runs through the smoke and over the crater it created....EPIC. If someone could get it in HQ it would be AWESOME

Glad you are liking it I tryed a few different things before I came to this the first video I made was 49mb and 12.54 mbits/sec so I had to tone it down a little.


I am not sure how to get it into winterboard I will see what I can find out. I always just SSH into vwallpaer I am able to use .mov and .mp4 in vwallpaper

I tried making like a folder named Electricblue.theme, then putting the file inside. It didnt work. And the original file I was able to do the same thing and it worked because it was .mp4.

What firmware are you running on? I am running on 3.0, vWallpaper doesnt work on 3.0 so that is why I was asking for this.

can you convert the file you just gave me into .mp4 just as good quality as it was? beacuse that would work Thanks so much

its already mpeg4 just rename it from *.mov to *.mp4 and that should be all you need to do to get a Mp4 version.

I think all you need to do is rename the file to wallpaper.mp4 and SSH it into "var/stash/themes..." then make a folder and copy the renamed wallpaper.mp4 into the new folder and it should work in winterboard.
I just made a folder named Webskull.video in "var/stash/themes..." then SSH the video clip renamed wallpaper.mp4 into that folder and when I went into winterboard it was in there and it worked as my v wallpaper via winterboard

I don't know why you would want it to be longer but if you want I will make it longer.
