Yes you do.
Same place you got vwallpaper from, installer. The latest version of skrewcommon is 1.37. But I do get problems now with vwallpaper, when I have it enabled and want to uninstall something with installer the phone freezes upon clicking the homebutton. If I install something however with installer, there is no problem. And of course if I disable vwallpaper I can uninstall with no freeze. It does hang somewhere, but where that is the question.

I find myself pretty able to figure things out on my own, but I can't for the life of me get this video to work as wallpaper. I resized it, and exported in using quicktime as MP4, MOV and even tried M4V. Let me know if anyone can get this vWallpaper to work. Thanks!
