What program is recommended to cut a specific video file out of a big video file to convert to vwallpaper format?

im new to the iphone hacking and need a little help i used iliberty+jailbreak got that done on the first shot im also dowlnloaded cuteftp but now i cant connect to my phone when i try to use it another thing how do i get to the dirctories starting to get frustrsted if anyone could help me my email is blkchpndle@aol.com thanks guys

i use PS CS3. and ulead to cut, edit ect. avs to convert.

vixy to download from youtube. but you have to cut off the end it adds a logo screen at the end of video

can someone please make a really really good matrix one. The current ones i've seen arn't that great. For example some of them don't use the actual matrix symbols. Others don't have the right shade of green.
