need help in restoring

Windows Xp
my phone was woking fine last nite i downloaded unlocking software from installer
i tried to unlock but it didn't work then i am trying to restore its not restoring and then i found out that my phone's ICCID Number is not there anymore it says unknown so any help will be greatfull
