Need help relocking

Hey, I restored my unlock iphone to 1.0.2 with iunlock. Now it is giving me the invalid sim error, with the att sim and t-mobile. I tried using anysim to unlock it again but it says, it is already unlocked. When i try to use iunlock it gives me a blank screen
So I tried to relock my Iphone using the stickied tutorial. That didn't work. Suggestions and help will be appreciated.

try to restore the whole phone to 1.0.2 and redo the unlock process

That doesn't help. Any other recommendations
if possible can anyone who has had success on this make a video on youtube.
