    I have it in recovery mode, it was plugged in when I put it in recovery mode. I pressed shift and chose the 1.0.2 firmware..

    The error pops up, but I dont get the yellow triangle!

    What do I do?

    Its in recovery mode w/o a yellow triangle? I'm not sure If I follow exactly what you mean but...

    This is what works for me:
    1. connect iphone to computer, turn iphone on
    2. start itunes, let it find the iphone
    3. close itunes
    4. turn iphone off. press & hold the sleep & home buttons for up to 45 sec until you get the yellow triangle.
    5. now you can start itunes again and do the shift/recovery thing...
