    I just got my new iPhone but it's 1.1.1...!!! Can I just downgrade and unlock??? Or is unlocking it no yet possible???? Please Help..!! I unlocked a 1.0.2 yesterday and that was easy.... but I don't know what to do about this new one....

    Unfortunately you're SOL. You can downgrade to 1.02 so you can install Third Party Apps, but because the baseband firmware (currently) can't be downgraded, there's no way to unlock the phone.
