    i jb my 3g and unlocked it for tmobile everything worked fine except that when i put a brand new sim in it reads fine, says tmobile and will call tmobile support only.
    but when i take my sim from my phone i use and put it in it says no sim
    please help ive looked all over and cant find a answer
    jb with redsnow
    unlocked with ultra snow
    4.2.1
    bb upgraded to 6.1.5

    is ur simcard a prepaid or contract simcard? if its prepaid it could be locked to ur previous phone's imei. fyi u can downgrade the 06.15 to 05.13.04 now for gps use back.

    the sim is from a contract phone. i thought ultrasnow only worked with the 06.15 bb? i really need to get this phone going with my sim!!!

    Ultrasnow works with any bb from 05.13.04 and older. The 06.15 was use to unlock 3g/3gs back when there was no bb downgrade methed . Now that downgrading is possibe there is no point in using 06.15. Try downgrading to 05.13.04 with latest redsnow and see does it solve your problem. Also try turning off 3g in cellular data
