Remove that Ultrasn0w Fixer, ultrasn0w should work by default on iOS 4.2.1.

Grab redsn0w 0.9.15b3 for Windows or OS X, and run the "Jailbreak" command with your iPhone connected, making sure you only have the "Downgrade iPad Baseband" box checked. Let the program run, and be patient. You may have to run the program twice through for the downgrade to correctly function.

However, I have to warn you: the loss of Wi-Fi is alarming and it may mean that the baseband chip in your phone is broken. There's not a whole lot we can do if that's the case.

What step were you on/just completed when this occurred?
