Second you need to show Simon some respect he is a Super Mod on this site and he is one of my right hand man's. He know a lot about what is going on and his information he gives is 100% accurate 100% of the time.
If you post back i would love to see an apology thanks,

Okay guys i can not reiterate enough! "If you cant not wait the 1-5 days do NOT place an unlock with me." We do not refund for unlocks. It is in the T&C's you acknowledge at checkout.
We are working through these things as fast as possible. We will email you when it is complete. Please stop asking me for updates if you placed the order 10/10 wait till 10/14 to email me (as an Example)
I am not trying to be a ***** or anything I just dont have enough hours in the day.

i have a quick question for Cowboy... sir, how is it that some unlocks come in really quick like cs28223328? upon reading the posts his order to delivery came in in about 10 hours, and some 24 hours and 3 days. what is the quickest way to get the iphone unlocked? ordering from ur website or pm'ing you here in the forum? i ordered mine from ur site at about 1:17pm PST yesterday and havent got an email confirming unlock is done. i also keep checking imei info sites hoping it would show mine as unlocked....

I wish I could say why. There really in no logical science to the madness. I have noticed that 5 5s and 5c seem to be taking slightly longer then older models.
There is a reason I have it 1-5 days and that's because it is so unpredictable right now. Typically they run under 48 hours but I have a few that have run 60-72 hours.
Everyone has ordered though my site I don't take orders through the forum I just direct to my site.
Another factor is what time did you order your unlock? If you ordered between 2am-8am central time zone I do this wonderful thing called sleep. And I start processing those orders as soon as I wake up.
Unlike most sites I do a manual process which is one of the reasons why when all the unlockers stopped offering unlocks I was still able to do them. Once again it's why I set my times 1-5 days just to make sure the exceptions of my customers are meet and I am able to give better customer service then anyone else out there.
If you have anymore questions or concerns you will get a more timely response by emailing me at

Just ordered unlock service for my AT&T iPhone 5 through Cowboy's web site.
Bought 2 unlock services from ebay, from 2 different sellers and both of them refunded me (one of them after 5 days and the other one after 2 days.
Hope to get my iphone 5 unlocked through Cowboy.

I regret to inform you that, we are unable to process your unlock with the $25 dollar service. We have taken it off are site completely and replaced it with a working service that is unfortunately at a higher price. Refunds will be going out with in the next 24 hours.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The systems to unlock At&t iPhones are extremely unstable right now. I wish I had an Eta for when services and prices will turn back to normal, but at this time I can not.
If you would like to try the new service at the higher price point and we can set up an arrangement for you to just pay the difference.
The new service is fast taking no more then 48 hours!
Sorry for the inconvenience,

Unfortunately my site falls under the same circumstances as Cowboys. I have emailed all customers and processed refunds. The new unlock is up on the website and ready for orders to be placed. Let me know if you have any questions.
