Default Help Before I take my life!! Unlock Problem
That was a joke. But I may be closer to doing it than I realize. I've spent 10 hours trying to jailbreak and unlock my phone and I still don't have it working.

    IPhone 4 Jailbreak Successful(Tethered 6.1.3 using 6.0 firmware)
Baseband 4.12.05 (f0recast says Yes via Factory Unlock)

Now I'm trying to unlock it and I've been very unsuccessful to say the least. Probably because I have no idea what I'm doing. I've tried:
SAM - No clue how to use it, tutorials didn't work and I'm not sure if I can even do it with the baseband I have.
UltraSn0w - Didn't finish doing it because I read it won't work with my baseband.

Ultimately I'm trying to use a TMoblie Sim Card via Straight Talk once I get it unlocked. My questions would be:
    Is there a god?
What are my options for unlocking it after I've already jailbroken it?

It'd be much appreciated if anyone can point me in the right direction here, thank you!

Just don't use iDeviceGuys.com (the owner here is a moderator with username 'Cowboy')....I paid for an iphone 5 T-Mobile back on July 31st and I still haven't received my unlock. He said he was going to give me a partial refund in an email, but after a month nothing. I even filed a dispute with Paypal to try and get my money back. He even fought that stating 'No Guarantee'. He definitely doesn't know how to run a business much less customer service. I plan on posting our email string on here, but I'll probably get banned since he is a moderator....

I have been unlocking iPhones for a few years now (just locally where I live, not online) and there are a few things about how these official unlocks get done that you are not understanding. Basically someone like Cowboy is the middleman. You submit a unlock request to him, he then has to pay for his source as whatever carrier the phone is locked to for them to get your imei submitted to Apple and then put in their unlock database. Now with AT&T this process is very straight forward, cheap and quick. By far the easiest carrier to unlock. T-mobile on the other hand is a very new carrier to the iPhone. So there are probably a lot more hoops and policies that have to be jumped through for the t-mobile source to get this process completed, which leads to the higher cost and unpredictable wait time.
In no way is Cowboy responsible for the cost of the unlock (that is set by the source and the carrier) or how long it takes for it to go through. All Cowboy and any other unlock seller can do is give an estimate time based on how previous unlocks to that carrier have gone through. Something as simple as apple doing maintenance on servers or t-mobile only setting certain times for unlock submissions can change this average time.
When AT&T unlocks were first available the first few I did took over a month to go through, but they did go through. Now AT&T unlocks can go through in as fast as 10 minutes.

I have used many sellers like Cowboy over the years and all have always offered a full refund if they got back from their source that it could not be done. What you need to understand is that decision is not his. He has to wait until such time as his source at that carrier either gets the unlock to go through or is just not able to do it and so issues a refund to Cowboy.

All you have done by causing all this ruckus and filing PayPal disputes (the above should give you an idea why he won the dispute) is cause unneeded drama and problems for someone who has very little control as to when exactly your unlock will go through. You are putting his website down when I can tell you 100% you would have had the exact same experience and wait with any other unlocker online.

    Feel good about yourself?
