how can i unlock my iphone?
and its possible downgrade my iphone to 5.1.1 without shsh?

Can't downgrade to that firmware without shsh blobs.

As far as unlocking try this out.

Call orange and ask them to unlock it. If it is not on contract most UK carriers will unlock it for about £15.

You have to call Orange. I was just giving you an example. UK carriers will not be able to unlock an Orange France iPhone, only Orange France can.

Orange will only do it if you are the contract holder/original owner of the phone

I have this trouble with Orange right now, unlike say vodafone who just ask you to top up a new sim, and then they will take the credit and send unlock request to apple.
