Hacktivate iphone 3gs 6.1 old bootroom

I want to Hacktivate iphone 3gs 6.1 old bootroom..
I just updated my ultrasnow operated 3gs to 6.1 preserving baseband usuing snowbreeze but i cant really hactivate it as Evasi0n doesnt havtivate...
Kindly help .. What to do ?

Found two info about it (Not mine but saw it many times looking for 6.1 4s activation which does not exist yet) :

1. Download latest redsn0w
2. download a copy of iOS6.0 for your iDevice. You can get one at the website iclarified.com or felixbruns.
3. When in redsn0w go to extras and click Select IPSW. select the ios 6.0 you downloaded. hit back and jailbreak.
4. done

OR

Require:

redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3
evasi0n-win-1.0
iOS 6.0.ipsw for 3GS or 4


steps:

open redsn0w
click Extras Button
point out Select IPSW
Select iOS 6.0
Click Back
Do Jailbreak (for 3GS if u want iPad Baseband u can install)
after done again go back
again select IPSW iOS 6.0 for your device
click Just Boot
after finish complete your activation process
now open evasi0n-win-1.0
click Jailbreak
follow steps
after finish your device will not reboot auto so reboot it manually
its Done
Enjoy untethered Jailbreak

thanks dude.. 2nd option worked ..i am hacktivated now but theres NO CYDIA..
even EVASION is not working as it says " iphone alrready jailbroken .use untether evasion package"
i tried manual cydia installation but all in vain..
i need to install ultrasnow through cydia to get my phone working
help !!

I'm not familiar myself with the issue. Found this :

figured it out i went throught the same problem all you have to do is after your jailbreak cydia wont be there but then go to extras hit select ipsw again click the same 6.0 and then just boot i promise it will work and add cydia

Edit : Be sure you checked "Install Cydia" before jailbreaking with redsn0w too !
