I`m new here and i need help.
if you know

I have 1 iphone 3gs from USA. And i`m in Europe , Portugal.
I don`t know the original carrier and don`t have the original sim card.
How can i find the original carrier?
And then i unlock it

You have an ATT iPhone then. You can get it officially unlocked here: Unlocks | IDeviceGuys
Once it goes through the phone should activate fine with your sim card. It normally takes less than 24hrs to go through. That site is owned by a moderator from here (Cowboy) so it is trustworthy.

I could tell from the model number. I can spot an ATT model number pretty easily. The LL at the end means North America.
