Is It Legal to Unlock iPhones Purchased Before 2013?
Well, fellows I have a question and this question bothers me much. I found info that factory iPhone unlock wil be illegal. It was really sad to read. But it is also said that it will not affect iPhone bought before 2013
The case is that I have bought iPhone on ebay and waiting now for shiping. I know that it is locked to AT&T, so I plan to unlock it using factory unlock.
But accorfding to recent information, Digital Millennium Copyright Act will make iPhone unlocking to be illegal including factory unlock and others like ultrasn0w and gevey....
Does anybody knows some more information on this?

Any phone prior to 2013 can be unlocked by anyone. Phones 2013+ can only be unlocked by the carrier they were initially issued to.Widget-Weather App Now Available! Also with MyLocation Support!
Check out the thread here - Widget-Weather
To install the Widget-Weather app, just go to Cydia and install. This will also remove MyLocation, as it is built in!
Want to protect your JailBreak! Add this repo http://cydia.myrepospace.com/iLEXiNFO/ & Install "iLEX R.A.T."
It will allow you to bring your phone back to a fresh jailbroken state!
