SAM locked my phone HELP4

Ok I have a 3GS jailbroken on 6.0.1, i was searching for ways to fix my push notifications, anyway, someone suggested SAM(which i thought was only used to unlock phones),installed SAM, went to SAM>settings then i pushed i'm not too sure what...i clicked something in SAM.. i know stupid move. After that my phone rebooted and now i'm asked to activate a sim..NOTE: I'm not even using a sim,or ever used one. I use the iphone basically as a Ipod... The phones now dead, going to do a full charge and do "just boot" in redsn0w to see if i still get activate sim screen. If it does show up is there anyway of resolving it without a restore, not that i would really mind but just had such a hassle trying to restore jailbroken devices.

PS:How can I get push notifications on jailbroken 6.0.1 device?

Not sure, but I think, you need the sim card to activate it again. Is it locked to any carrier???
