Ok! I am a complete newbie with both iphones and this forum. I have a 3gs that was jailbroke and unlocked one year ago. I got permission from AT&T to unlock the phone. I went through the process of unlocking as described by AT&T (the phone was originally an AT&T phone two years ago.). The phone now says it can't activate and to contact Apple. What do I have to do to complete the unlocking process? I have talked to both Apple and AT&T and I have gotten five different answers from 5 different people, nothing of which works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
