Iphone 3gs stuck on activation

Hi,
I have this iphone 3gs, that is stuck on actvation

the phone was unlocked and jailbroken with ipad patch , but i was having some problem with the synching, so took it to apple store, that guy he restore it since then i cannot do anything,

phone is trying to activate and then i got msg that server is not responding. any help?

sorry for just butting in but i have an iphone 3gs and i know how to jailbreak and unlock but my problem is this.

When i search for the 3.0 firmware in any browse window i cannot seem to see any IPSW File it just gives me the folder that i have downloaded with it in it but i have no IPSW File.

Does anyone know why this is or do i not know what i am doing.

Any help would be greatly apreciated
