    Default IMEI Unlock?
    Hey guys,

I recently acquired an iPhone 4S locked to some network in Jamaica. It is a GSM phone. Would that work with Apple n' Berry's IMEI unlock? I know it says specifically AT&T's, but it is a gsm phone. Thanks in advance!

No, their unlock will only work for ATT iPhones.

Unless he can specifically unlock the carrier your phone is locked to then it is still no. I don't know of any IMEI unlocker who can do a Jamaican carrier locked iPhone (LIME is it?).

    It's either Claro or Lime.

As far as I know, no one providing this service (not me nor chronic).

But if the serial# of iPhone ends with PON, DPMW, DTCO or DTD2,
any carrier is unlockable (cost a bit more though)
