I have an iphone 5 and i want to unlock it before january just in case i decide to cancel my contract with att and i want to do it before january because i read that next year it will be illigal to unlock a phone without the carriers Permission so anyone knows a good cheap site?

The problem is paypal is asking me for proof of ID SSN and my Address before i can add money and no way im not giving them that kind of info and the seller only Accepts paypal payments ):

$3.59 for an unlock, okie doke. PayPal protects you...but not trying to talk you into anything. If your not comfortable with PayPal then that's your call.

Ok this is what i did i went to my amazon account and found $1.50 + $4.99 shipping imei unlock.. In like 5 hours my iphone 5 was imei unlocked and I put a simple mobile simcard in my iphone and the phone activated Itself, whats weird is that everything was working without me having to put the settings for the internet and mms and i went to settings to see and the apn's were filled but everything was blank but thats good for me cuz i didnt have some extra work (:
