okay so i got a new iPhone 5. gave my jailbroken 4 to my daughter but she is only 10 so i don't really want a plan for her yet.

    okay so i got a new iPhone 5. gave my jailbroken 4 to my daughter but she is only 10 so i don't really want a plan for her yet. is there a way to get like a pay for minutes plan on the phone? i live in northen california. just want something maybe where she can call us if needed or text once in a while to us or her cousins.

    it's like $10/mo to add a second line. she can just share minutes if you have a family plan. else, ATT has a go phone. but that's $25 mo.

    i don't think its $10 a month for an iphone is it? i have my parents on my account and they never use the phones but still $50.00 a month for them
    would love the go phone idea but does it work on iPhone?

    I think it does. Almost positive guy at work has it setup like that. And can't remember what he pays a month but its wasn't much.

    since its a non-contract phone, data is not required. to just send/recieve calls/text.. i pay $10 month for my dad's phone.

    T-Mobile has really cheap no contract plans that will work with a GSM 4.
