I wouldn't see why it would hurt the unlock.
Why don't u do a re-restore (iOS 5.1.1), first, w/ the custom firmware and see what happens? You can use the CFW and verify ur baseband BUT don't install ultrasn0w so you can verify your Unlock is still intact. If both are good, you have your answer!!!
BTW, 6.0.1 isn't worth losing the JB...believe me...

Used it for two phones this weekend, flawless work. unlock_fusion works solid.
