    Default Incoming: Forwarded Call
    I got an unlocked iPhone (iBrickr) working ok. When I receive a call, (all the times) the phone shows a popup that says "Incoming Call Forwarded" and a button to dismiss. If the caller IS in my phonebook, the buttons for Accept or Decline the call are shown. If the caller IS NOT in the phonebook, the popup comes, but no caller id is shown and NO accept decline call buttons. This calls are inmediately lost.

    Any help ??
