Help unlocking iPhone4 5.1.1 BB 4.12.01 on MC608LL

I know that this has been discussed in great detail. Im having a hard time following what is accurate/legitimate information and what is not. So here goes my post. I have the above referenced phone. I would like to unlock it from ATT so that I can use with Tmobile. Ive called ATT but just kept getting bounced around. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction for a factory unlock? currently on that baseband 04.12.01, the only way(s) to have it unlocked is via AT&T or an online unlocking service

if through AT&T, you need to be a current AT&T customer and the phone needs to be off-contract

if through an unlocking service, you can try: Unlock Code for AT&T USA Apple iPhone 3 3G 3GS 4 4S FACTORY Permanent | eBay
