Please help... Problem with in app purchases

I recently bought a jailboke iPhone 4 & can't make in app purchases, it doesnt tell me anything about sandbox error, it doesn't say anything it just spins for a couple of seconds & then nothing happens, I have ifile but I have no installd backup file only the installd file, can you please help me if you can thank you

What do you have installed in Cydia. Also, are you signed into the App Store?

I mainly just have some tweaks installed, I don't have ********** but I do have apps store & signed in & $ on my account

Git rid of the cracked apps and repos restore and you will be good.

Ok so uninstall everything? & what's a repo restore? & how do I know what cracked apps are? I'm still kinda new at this, I purchased iPhone jailboke & he had most of this stuff already on here the only thing I've added was quick tweet

Just delete the packages, then go in and deleted the sources.
