So correct me if im wrong, there is now after Apples April update no way to Unlock an iPhone 4 with baseband 04.12.01?

That is correct not with gevy or ultrasnow at least. Got other options like carrier unlock if ya can. Or they have a website that will unlock it but
Kinda pricey but works.

Their prices on their site are in £. It is a UK business. She has converted them to US in her previous posts. She said AT&T "Starts" at £39.99. Which she is correct. Their iPhone 3GS price is that. Their iPhone 4 and 4S price is a little more.

officialiphoneunlock.co.uk is confirmed to work and they say that they do it in 24 hours however they are quite expensive.
I just unlocked my iPhone 4 (running 5.1.1 with BB 04.12.01) which was locked to Fido Canada with GSMliberty.net
It took 7 working days to get it unlocked but they were about $50USD cheaper than officaliphoneunlock.co.uk

Not sure.... currently i have seen many orange france iphoners who are waiting limitless to have their iphone unlocked, even see other careers........

also from the point of view of advertising, marketing on their site they have a lot of bugs letting people think that they are NOT serious.....

Due to this is a oversea purchase, I wonder how can I get back my deposit money ? anyone have same issue ?

They have softbank listed as preorder. That means it isnt available yet. I would never order a preorder for an unlock because you have no idea when or if they will ever get that carrier up and running.

You are right about preorder risk but since the top of the web site says "Especially catering for customers based in Japan! Our company may be based in the UK, but our IMEI-based sim unlocks work no matter what country you are in." and if preorder then should not deduct money from people's credit card, this is totally Fraud !
