I wan to unlock my iphone but is lock by telus CA
I call the costumer service and they don't unlock iphone 3gs
I heard is possible to unlock the iphone using the IMEI

A while ago it was possible. It is not possible now. If your carrier won't do it, you'd have to do it yourself. Depending on when your 3GS was produced and depending on what baseband it is on...we can possibly help you with the process.

I just know is a iphone 3gs baseband 06.15.00
And i have this iphone jailbreaked and unlocked with ultrasn0w but everytime i update the ios i lose the unlock

Well that's good that it's already jb and unlocked. That baseband is stuck on that phone permanently at the moment, an yes when you upgrade you always have to rejb and re-unlock but that's how it is using an iPhone on a different carrier.

Ya and my iphone is lock by telus in canada and they don't unlock iphone's 3gs

I think there is a Canadian carrier that does unlock, but it's too bad you're not a customer with a carrier that unlocks. But at least you have an unlocked 3GS, many people nowadays have bought a 3GS and thought it to be unlockable but even the iPad baseband doesn't work for them anymore. That's because the 2011 3GS that was produced after week 35 can no longer use the iPad baseband.
