Can anyone verify if I can upgrade/preserve BB?

I'm currently on iOS 4.3.5 on my iPhone 4. I am unlocked with a gevey SIM on baseband 04.10.01.

Can up upgrade to iOS 5 if I preserve my baseband? If so, can anyone give me a breakdown on how to proceed? Already downloaded the iOS IPSW (iPhone 4 GMS) and the latest redsn0w.

You can upgrade to 5.0.1 and still preserve your baseband. Just download the proper ipsw which it seems you already did and create a custom fw through the latest redsn0w. You wont need to use unltrasn0w as you're unlocked through Gevey.

That was before. The new redsn0w incorporates the new Corona untethered jailbreak.

So I upgraded to iOS 5.01, preserved my basedband and my unlock still works great. Thanks for everyone's help on this!!!
