iPhone 3GS baseband 6.15 - NO SERVICE PROBLEM

Hi,
I have a problem with no service on my iPhone 3GS. First at all I did jailbreak and unlock and now everything is working without calling. I tried everything what I found on the internet, but still have this problem.

iOS 5.0.1
Serial number: 2009 w. 36
fw: 6.15.00

Please help me

try turning off and on signal with airplane mode.

I did it .. still the same problem :-/

I tried to uninstall and reinst utrasn0w, in redsn0w just boot too ... reset network too

I found something with iFile and installining in Cydia redsn0w .. doesn't work too

I really don't know what to do, I'm doing this whole weekend .....

Do u have 3G turned off??? I'm on tmobile and if 3G is on I get the no service.

try to reset network connection
