I'm trying to restore my iphone 4 to the factory setting while keeping ios 4.3.3 and bb 04.10.01;

I'm planning to use Redsnow 0.9.10b3 to create a Custom IPSW 4.3.3 and following a similar process as posted here:

I'm having problem with Cydia and simply wishes to clear my iphone of all cydia installed apps. Is this the best way to go about doing so, or is there a better way to restore the iphone back to factory setting? I of course, would want to preserve my bb for future updates.
