unlocking iPhone

i have an original iPhone with firmware 04.05.04_G and software 3.1.3 and cannot seem to unlock it to be able to activate it on T-Mobile network. any help? it's already jailbroken and has Cydia on it but the unlocking tool called AppTapp doesn't seem to be around anymore..

try download Bootneuter from Cydia. other option is to run Redsn0w 0.9.4

For original iPhone, the easiest is to download a customized firmware from WhiteD00r and restore with it. It's a complete package jailbreak, activation, and unlock.
