I have this recurring issue ever since the update. If I'm lucky, I can get signal 1 out of 10 tries. I have already done the following multiple times:

1) removed/reinstalled ultrasn0w
2) rebooted
3) toggled on/off airplane mode
4) removed/inserted SIM
5) restored/jailbroken with redsn0w_win_0.9.10b1 & redsn0w_win_0.9.10b3

I thought maybe it was the mobile substrate issue since it's a prerequisite for ultrasn0w, but it's still having the same issues even after using the latest redsn0w. The phone was more stable under 4.3.3. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps redsn0w is not capable of a stable unlock. I've used sn0wbreeze for my 4.3.3. and never had a problem. I'm on BB 1.59 with TMobile.

Is anyone else having issues?
