Upgrading from 4.3.3

Hello all,

I currently have an iPhone 4 with 4.3.3 iOS and 1.59.00 baseband, jailbroken, and unlocked using ultrasn0w.

I want to upgrade to iOS 5, what's the best route to go? I am on a Windows PC.

Also, what software can I use to fully backup my iPhone apps, settings, contacts, and messages? AFAIK, all that stuff will be gone once I upgrade using a jailbroken hacktivated iOS?

1-) make a backup on iTunes

2-) make a custom firmware with sn0wbreeze or iFaith (to preserve baseband)
If you update your phone officially from iTunes your baseband will be updated and you won't be able to unlock your phone never ever again

3-) jailbreak / unlock your iPhone again

First step completed... What are the best tools to use for upgrading to 5.0.1 (while keeping old BB) and then getting an untethered jailbreak on it?
