Iphone 4 Showing no carrier

I just bought a IPHONE 4 when i insert sim card, it shows no signal and carrier shows not available

version 4.1 (8B117)
carrier Not available
Model MC603J

Can any help how to solve this problem (how to unlock / jailbreak)

GEVEY SIM is doing a kind of Hardware unlock, so it`s a piece of SIM card that unlocks your phone, as i read. but read about it. u cant unlock it with software, as i know
