Buy a Gevey Ultra SIM from applenberry.com. That's the only unlock method for your baseband version. Do not update to iOS 5.0.1 unless you do it with preserving the baseband, or you'll lose any chance at all to unlock.

? It's a turboSIM you buy. There has not been many software unlocks for the newer basebands since 1.59.00.
