I have a sn0wbreeze unlocked Rogers 3GS iPhone (running 4.3.3) on which I am unable to edit APN settings (Cellular Data menu not present, just on or off) to use with Bell. I tried unlockit.co.nz profile for Bell, no luck. The APN Editor app in Cydia fails to install on my phone.

Is there a solution to this issue?
