how to upgrade to ipad BB

i have a Iphone 3GS which is locked to service provider TRE Sweden i have checked it through F0recast v1.3 for jailbreak but is saying that its not jailbreak able but can be unlocked by upgrading to ipad BB

its baseband is 05.16.02
bootloader is 6.4_M3S2
Model MC637

how can i upgrade it to IpadBB and what files/programs are required?
