Ultrasn0w problem and gevey not working help

Hello there i have 2 situations regarding unlock

1-i have an iphone4 running 4.1 and baseband 1.59.00 jailbreaked and unlocked using ultrasn0w 1.2, the thing is, when ever i need to reboot the phone i only get signal if i reboot the phone 2/3times everytime, if i dont do this i keep getting 1bar and nothing more.
Also i noticed if the phone looses signal it wont recover and i need to do the same 2/3 reboot process, its very annoying, any hints, there are newer versions of ultrasn0w but the problem seem to get worse if other versions are used.please help, is this a knowned issue of ultrasn0w?


2-i have an iphone 4 whit fw 4.1 and the locked baseband of the 4.1, i bought a gevey unlock sim, the gevey ultra, jailbroke the iphone, installed furious mod, then i shutdown the phone, install the costum gevey sim, turn on the phone, get the the sim pin locked entry, then 1 signal bar kind of searching, then gevey menu to accept or cancel, then i keep getting the message no sim installed and nothing more happens, only a no signal sign on top any hints?

Well, for the iPhone 4 with 1.59 Baseband, you can try making a custom firmware using PwnageTool and update with the Custom firmware in iTunes. The custom firmware will preserve your baseband, and you will still be able to unlock.

For the Gevey SIM, it could be a faulty GEVEY SIM, I would try buying a new one if you really need it.

For the Gevey Ultra, you need to perform the manual procedure (dial 112, etc.) the first time then every time after just select Cancel on the Gevey welcome message.
