Iphone 3g no signal!

Hey Guys,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I recently upgraded my iPhone to 06.15.00 and then I tried to unlock it. I upgraded successfully but I was getting a carrier logo (o2_uk) but it just flat lined the bars :/ I installed ultrasn0w and now I am stumped I have been trying to do this for days now try almost every known method, restoring to a custom firmware, resetting network setting, also have tried the air-plane mode nothing seems to work :/ I really need to get this phone going so any help at all is appreciated.

I have the same phone but I am trying to get the o2 lock taken off again so I can use my Orange contract sim (UK) as I have been for the last year!
