Default Flashing ipad baseband on 3gs

    Hi guys,

I just tried to downgrade an 3gs from 4.3.5 to 4.1 and it was successful. There were wifi, baseband and bluetooth working etc.

However, I used redsn0w to flash ipad baseband into the phone and after that, there is no wifi, bluetooth and no baseband shown.

Do you guys know what happens and how to solve it?

BTW my serial number starts with 88136. Does anyone know something about Apple changing the hardware making flashing ipad baseband impossible?

    Thanks!!

Apple did not change that, read a later topic about issues flashing baseband. Should be useful.

It sounds like your phone just messed up on its own. It happens sometimes, looks like you got bad luck. Try to flash the iPad bb again.

I have flashed the iPad baseband on probably over 100 iPhones and have never seen a issue where it came back with no baseband. I have seen a few people say it on here though. Hard to tell if they just had bad luck or somehow used redsnow wrong. I would think if apple had changed something I would have seen one by now so I doubt that is the case. Do as Annie said and try flashing it again.

I've seen it twice on here. I feel it's bad luck though. Or a sudden hardware failure? That happens too, one day it's fine the next the hardware just fails.
