JailBreak & Unlock with IPhone4, 4.2.1 with 03.10.01 Baseband

IPhone4, 4.2.1 with 03.10.01 Baseband is what i have.

Can i upgrade to the new IOS5 & still Unlock?
If so do i have to preserve the baseband?
any help appreciated

only unlock for i4 was for it's first bb, 1.59.00. no unlocks have been released since then..but you can use a gevey sim to unlock it. if you want to get on iOS 5, use snow breeze I think to build a custom firmware then load it up!
