So Today I got a New Iphone 3gs...

-Firmware 4.3.5
-Baseband 5.16.02

Can I Upgrade My Iphones Ios to IOS 5 and still Jailbreak and Unlock it???? And btw it wont let me preserve baseband

and what method should i unlock/jailbreak Iphone???



AND---- Why can I use My Iphone after i register my iphone....It let me do everything...I dont have a sim card... I thought I had to hactivate ?
