    Default Updating to iOS 5 with iPad BB

    So is there currently no way of updating to iOS 5 if your iPhone has iPad Baseband?

    Yes, you can update it by creating a custom firmware using the latest release of Redsn0w. I believe this version of rednsn0w is only available on macs however.

    Anyway, I updated to iOS 5 with this method and everything seems to work fine. :-)
