Can I downgrade my 3gs 6.15.00 baseband to 5.13 or etc?

I'm just wondering if I'm able to alter my iPhone 3gs's baseband from 06.15.00 to other baseband? I'm having problem with the GPS as well as battery problem and is driving me crazy.

I looked around everywhere and it doesn't seems possible for me to downgrade my baseband. Am I stuck there for good or there are some one out there who already cracked it?

I was digging all day today and have not found a thing. I am so bummed if I have to update to iOS 5 with this **** baseband. They really need to allow 5.0 baseband to be unlock able. There is too much confusion with basebands right now and I think everyone needs a fresh start.

Damn, hope so, stupid iPhone trying to limit everything we want to do. I bought the phone and I shall have the full control of it. Like i'm going to purchase the next iPhone if it is locked.
